Choose from two workshops – or if feeling energetic – try both. 

Dance4 Studio, Nottingham; a light, bright space where we’ll deliver two workshops designed to introduce the practices of yoga and meditation to help improve overall health and wellbeing. 


We’ll deliver the fundamentals of breath control to promote relaxation and introduce yogic principles including yoga poses.

The workshop is designed to spark an interest in wellness practice and empower attendees/provide the tools to attendance at more regular classes.


10:00 – 10:30 – Arrivals

10:30 – 11:30 – Vinyasa Yoga Class (suitable for beginners) with Coco Flow Yoga

11:30 – 12:00 – Introduction to meditation with author and wellness expert Emma Mills London

12 :00 – Finish

Try ROCKET Yoga 🚀 with the wonderful Kate Oates Yoga.

Rocket is a blast – sweaty, fun, dynamic, challenging, but also accessible to all from beginner (attended 10+ yoga classes) through to the more advanced yogi.

Expect flows, balances, strength building drills, detoxifying twists and lots of laughs!
